There are many ways to exercise your body to tone and strengthen, and all of these methods also help you to burn fat and lose weight. If you want to target your problems areas the one exercise method is to do core body workouts. The core consists of your stomach, waist and lower back. A strong core carries the rest of you, so by doing core workouts you help to improve overall body fitness to allow you to exercise harder, exercise longer and therefore burn more fat.
One of our favorite core body workouts is the one that Zuzana does. Zuzana is a fitness instructor that has created several excellent full body core workouts for YouTube. She has excellent abdominals. Anyone wanting to lose belly fat and tone up the abs should do these exercises.
