The Loose Women had a fitness lesson today from Britain’s Ross Edgley. Ross Edgely is trainer to the stars (Jillian McKeith, Jara Tointon and Joe Swash). He is also the man behind Sky’s “Welcome to the Fight Club” which he did with Ricky English, the instructor that helped Brad Pitt shape up for the film, Fight Club.
On Loose Women today he showed Carol how to use a Power Plate while also showing Zoe how to train her core on a stability ball. What developed was not an average fitness class, with Zoe cuddling up to Ross while he was trying to get her and Carol to perform side planks.
Power Plates give your muscles extra stimulus so that when you exercise they contract faster and therefore work harder. This helps you get fitter and toned quicker.
