Gwyneth Paltrow’s Iron Man Exercise Routines

First we need to clarify that Gwyneth Paltrow is starring in the latest Iron Man film and not participating in an Iron Man Triathlon event.

To get in shape for the latest Hollywood action blockbuster (Iron Man 2 is expected to be one of the highest grossing action films of all time) she had help from her personal trainer Tracy Anderson. Tracy Anderson is famous for her DVD Workouts that prove to be so popular because of their effectiveness in getting people in shape in their living rooms. This is what Gwyneth says about Tracy Anderson:

“Many of you may already know of my passion for the Tracy Anderson Method and my investment in it. She has kicked my formerly sagging ass into shape and I will be forever grateful. This week, Tracy shares with us a little arm series that I did everyday preparing for Iron Man and that I take on the road. She just made it home-made style for me, lo fi. But it’s good. Tracy Anderson helped Gwyneth Paltrow to tone her butt and “chicken wings”. This required a full body workout with extra emphasis on the glutes and triceps to help tighten and tome those muscles.
