You can develop a solid 6 pack with just 100 crunches a day. Does that sound good? Yes? So this is what you do:
- Everyday do 45 minutes of cardio exercise in the morning, ideally before your breakfast, but after a small snack (half a banana) and a coffee.
- Every 3 days do a full body weight training workout with squats, bench press, bent over row, shoulder press and curls.
- Eat a high protein and low sugar diet.
- Everyday do 100 crunches but…… on weight training days these 100 are to be done before lunch. On other days theses are to be done in the evening. For the last 30 crunches every day you add some weight. Hold a weight disc to your chest and perform 3 sets of 10. Aim to increase that weight each week.
That is how you do it. You also need in time to attack the abs from different directions, but for now just start with the basics to lose fat and get a flat stomach.
